In order to properly use the service, please make sure the following technical requirements are met:

1. Personal Computer with Windows. More specifically, at least an Intel Pentium III 800 MHz, AMD, MS Windows, with at least 256 RAM and video/ audio card.
2. Speakers
3. ADSL Internet Connection.   In order for the videos to be viewed in good quality, a speed of at least 300kbps is required. You can check your current speed, here!
4. Windows Media Player 
5. Microsoft Explorer
